The race will take place at The Body Shoppe/CrossFit Centralia at 1138 W McCord St, Centralia, IL 6280. We will have an outdoor running course set up! โฃโฃ

Sweat Fest is a 2-day event with 1 day of full Hyrox races and a second day of half Hyrox races. โฃโฃ

Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls. It is designed for all fitness levels to compete, challenge themselves, and push their limits. โฃโฃ

We are offering two versions of the race. The first is the full Hyrox race just as you would do it anywhere else, and the second is a half version. In the half version you will still complete all the full workout stations, but the running will be cut in half. โฃโฃ

๐๐ซ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ- One male or female completes the full race at heavier weights by themselves โฃโฃ
๐๐ฉ๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ- 2 males or females complete the full race by splitting the workout stations but completing the full runs together โฃโฃ
๐๐ซ๐จ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ- 2 males or females complete the full race at heavier weights by splitting the workout stations but completing the full runs together โฃโฃ
๐๐ข๐ฑ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ-1 male and 1 female complete the full race by splitting the workout stations but completing the full runs together โฃโฃ
๐๐ฒ๐ซ๐จ๐ฑ ๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ- Complete the race relay style in a team of 4. One person goes at a time and completes a run, a workout station and then tags the next teamate.

This is an interval training session that allows you to practice the Hyrox workout stations โฃโฃ

Saturdays at 7:30 AM when there is no Hyrox Simulation class (4/11, 4/25, 5/9) โฃโฃ
Longer running efforts at a moderate pace to build aerobic capacity โฃโฃ

Saturdays at 9:15 AM when there is no Hyrox Run Club (4/18, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/30, 6/6, 6/13) โฃโฃ
This is a class with workouts that simulate race day intensity with a workload that builds up to race day. โฃโฃ
