Good morning! I am going to post all my availability until I leave for vacation which will be December 4-12. I will not be answering any messages during that time. I have news!! Most of my clients know that I work full time at the hospital and manage my massage business full time also. I have decided to go part time at the hospital so I can focus more on building my Man Hands hours and clientele. I will be adding more morning and evening hours. I would like to hear from you! What would you like to see? Earlier mornings or later evenings? This will be starting next week. I will be posting the time slots available for the next week on Saturday mornings, so you all have time to look at your schedule and notify me. Also, not so great news... I have to start enforcing the Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your time, you will be charged 1/2 of your appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, then you will be charged for the full appointment. I have been very understanding of everyone and how life happens, whether it be work or illness, but I am also making this my livelihood and have to treat it as such. How will I manage this? If you cancel and are charged, you will have to pay that amount before I will reschedule you. Just short of creating an app that everyone has to log into and put their information in, this is the easiest way for this to happen. This is something I have put off and hoped wouldn't happen, but it is frequent and very hard to fill those appointments with no notice. I will message you if you are required to pay before your next scheduled time. I hope you all understand.
I appreciate all of my clients, both current and potential. Please bear with me through these changes and help me make my business amazing!
