This week’s Grief Group will be held on Wednesday December 11 at 6pm at our office, 1815 Cooks Hill Road Suite B, Centralia. Our office is located behind the Social Security building across the street from the hospital in Centralia.

Holiday greetings can be difficult when we find ourselves grieving. Over and over again people greet us with “Happy Holidays,” “Merry Christmas,” etc. One of the suggestions from a grief group participant is to greet one another with “I wish you a gentle holiday.” What does a gentle holiday look like for you? Will you continue traditions you practiced with your loved one? Will you start new ones? Will you just opt out all together? We’ll spend time talking about what a gentle holiday will mean to each of us.

As always, there will be time for us to address whatever issues you are facing.
