I have found my calling! After the loss of my brother, I have been struggling to figure out how to cope with my anxiety, bring in an income, and take care of the people that I love all at the same time. I am so proud and excited to share my new journey with all of you! I know so many people suffering with loss and grief, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I want to offer help for that. I am doing all the research, and making affordable workbooks and community workshops that you can do individually at home, or in a group setting with a community service.
I will be adding different topics to my online "store" regularly.
Please let me know if you have any problems or issues with any of these workbooks or workshops, as I'm learning as I go. My workbooks should be fillable, so you can just download and fill them in. The workshops should be printable. Let me know if you order anything and that isn't the case!
I am also providing options for online therapy and eHypnosis (didn't even know that was a thing until my research). To be completely transparent, I may get a commission if you book therapy or order any of the million eHypnosis options available.
