Becoming a full fledge health accumulator this year isn’t going to happen if the end goal is a number on the scale, a particular pant size, or a wow before and after Instagram photo.

Why? Because eating real food on repeat, taking captive your thoughts, not gossiping, watching your words, putting your body through bouts of breathing hard and burning muscles, going to bed without your phone, are in complete opposition to what 99% of the people you will come in contact with are doing.

As believers our goal is not to outlive, but to steward, with great precision, the days we have on earth.
