I met this person yesterday…
I will probably never see her again.
Sometimes people don’t talk because of grief.
Sometimes they doit talk because of shame or anger.
They’ve given in to other peoples opinions of what they should be…
This little girl needed someone to listen.
So I did…
I told her, no one has the right to make you do something that f***s you up.
Thing will be bad,
But things will be good too…stop walking by the good things for something a little shinier….
If you gotta look at somebody, look into their heart…
And I told her, you’re gonna be ok…
It’s not real hard to do, listening to somebody…
And tell me people you care about them…if you love them, love them hard…
Sometimes you need to help people just get up…

I can only hope she can keep our memory like I will keep hers. It was the right thing to do…I’m not always so great at that
