Centralia Point Assisted Living and Memory Care serves the community of Centralia, Washington. We offer assisted living and memory care services, in addition to peace of mind. Since the start of 2022, the building is under new ownership and new management. While our team is new in Centralia, we are not new to the Pacific Northwest. We serve three other Washington locations with assisted living and memory care services, the closest of which being Olympia. Our facility offers modern-day amenities with the comforts of a historical building and outdoor courtyards. Our newly renovated facility helps seniors age gracefully in place with a variety of services, activities, and amenities. We adjust to an individual’s changing needs as they age while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Transitioning loved ones to a care facility should be a reassuring and gentle experience.

Gracie is not only an excellent cook with a wealth of culinary talent, but she also brings positivity and dedication to every meal she prepares. Her hard work is evident in every dish, and she genuinely cares about the well-being of our residents. 🌼
