Was wondering for those who own your adult family homes. Do you have commercial home owners insurance or residential? Also if you lease which do you use? Insurance is needed but such a scam. I want the best but not pay too much any suggestions on the best insurance would be appreciated.

Job description:
Care for 6 residents in a loving home atmosphere. Will be responsible to cook dinner which is a small meal and easy to prepare. Taking residents to the bathroom and get them ready for bed.
