Funny that they dismiss the keto diet as “dangerous”, when a low carb / high fat diet has been shown, repeatedly, to be the fastest and most effective way to drop weight and reverse insulin resistant disease (type 2 diabetes). Millions have been taking drugs, such as SSRI's (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) with little to no evidence that serotonin levels cause depression. You may know these drugs by their common names: Lexapro, Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac, Celexa, and Luvox. "It has been known in academic circles that no good evidence has ever been found of low serotonin in depression, but drug company marketing has amplified the 'chemical imbalance' and low serotonin hypotheses"
