Joseph County is a federally funded health center; serving the needs of St. Our clinical and support staff is here to serve the health and service needs of all; whether insured, uninsured or underinsured. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are included in a group of organizations receiving grants under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS). Joseph County qualifies for r

eimbursement from both Medicare and Medicaid, and offers a sliding fee scale to defer costs from our patients. More than that, we offer comprehensive medical services under the governance of our Board of Directors and a quality assurance program that focuses on giving all of our patients top-notch quality care.
