In the rush of everyday life, our minds are constantly buzzing—filled with thoughts, emotions, memories, and stress. Taste of the Beyond Mind is a unique 3-hour weekly session designed to offer a direct experience of what it feels like to step outside that mental storm—and reconnect with the silent space within.

This isn’t a lecture or technique to analyze. It’s a chance to taste freedom from the mind. Inspired by Osho’s transformative No-Mind process, this session creates a safe, playful, and sacred space for inner release and quiet.

Releasing mental clutter through sound, expression, and breath.
Allowing spontaneous movement and vocal freedom.

About Anam
Anam, also known as Swami Dhyan Anam, embarked on his spiritual journey in 1986 at the age of 18 under the guidance of the revered teacher Osho. Transitioning from a successful career in business to philanthropy, he committed himself to aiding individuals on their physical, mental, emotional well-being, and spiritual paths.
Drawing upon his profound connection to spiritual energy, Swami Anam established the DhyanYoga Meditation Center, a distinguished spiritual institution promoting inclusivity. Over the past 38 years, he has received extensive teachings from esteemed masters in Zen, Yoga, Ta**ra, Sufism, Reiki, and somatic therapy.
Swami Anam holds credentials as a certified Meditation Facilitator, having undergone training under the prestigious Osho Commune International. He also holds certification as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, bestowed upon him by the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (ISYVC) in Canada. Additionally, he completed Breathwork facilitator training from Samma Karuna - the International School of Awakening and Healing.
For the past fifteen years, Swami Anam has devoted himself to guiding individuals on their journey of holistic well-being through the art of meditation, yoga, and other mindful practices. He endeavors to cultivate enhanced well-being, love, creativity, and jubilation among his global clientele. His expertise encompasses the leadership of Meditation, Pranayama (Yogic Breathing Exercises), Asana (Yoga Postures), Kriyas, and Mudras, enriching the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual facets of those under his tutelage.

Welcome to our 9-day journey to retrain our minds to focus on positivity and delve deeper into ourselves. Each day, we'll explore a question that prompts introspection and growth.

Today's Question: *What brings JOY in your life?*

Close your eyes, place your right hand over your heart, and connect with yourself. Now, ponder: *What brings JOY in your life?*

It could be the simplest of things. For instance, for me, it's the warm greeting from my dog in the morning or savoring a cup of coffee after yoga, enjoying moments of solitude and many more. Reflect on these small joys and jot them down.

By embracing these moments, you invite more joy into your life. Take note of how these instances make you feel, and seek them out regularly. Gradually, you'll find yourself enveloped in positivity throughout the day.

Let's embark on this journey of self-discovery and joy together. 🥰🙏
