Giving Away Flowers Everyday!

Just a few years ago you sometimes heard the phrase “We Don’t Sell Flowers Here” at hot yoga studios. This often referred to the difficulty of the class... and to help students grasp the fact that a typical 26+2 yoga session is at least 105 degrees and 40% humidity… not easy.

At Beyond Hot Yoga Centreville you can expect the classes to be challenging. They are also fun and enjoyable at the same time… that’s the best part. Our friendly, supportive and knowledgable yoga teachers and studio staff are always here to help, support and assist you in your yoga journey so that you feel uplifted and inspired every time visit our studio.

Come check out a class!.. and oh yeah, make sure you look for the fresh flowers sprinkled throughout the studio. Because at Beyond Hot Yoga we don’t sell flowers… but we do give them away!

Join us on Saturday between 11:30am - 12:30 for our new Hot HIIT class, where hot yoga meets HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Use props and light weights to challenge yourself. Build stamina, endurance, strength and flexibility. Come prepared to sweat and work hard in this one hour class.
