RX: Strength

Growing up, sports were a huge part of Ben's life. After graduating high school and stepping away from competitive athletics, he looked for something that would keep him motivated and healthy. Strength training became that foundation.

"At the end of the day, weight training boosts confidence and keeps you healthy," Ben shares.
