$50 covers 1 child | we have 50 ornaments!

This holiday season, we’re giving our community a chance to help local kids step onto the court, field, or pool with confidence. Each donation helps sponsor a child to participate in one of our youth programs, opening doors to teamwork, growth, and lifelong wellness!

Anyone can donate online at bmcwellness.com/youthprograms, or stop by the BMC Wellness Center Front Desk. Together, let’s Play It Forward and make a difference in a child’s season!

Gather your team and get ready for a competitive season!

✔️ Team Fee: $250 (due in full at registration)
✔️ 6 Team limit
✔️ Age Requirement: All players must be 21+
✔️ Roster: 10-man roster with no pickup players this year
✔️ Captain Requirement: Email full team roster to bibbwellness@gmail.com including each player’s name, birth date, and email
