As part of a semester project with one of our co-op students, we are exploring a children's reading program at BMC Wellness Center and would love your input!

This program would focus on building confidence, creativity, and a love for reading in a fun and supportive environment.

🚨 NEW MEMBER EXPERIENCE 🚨

Our director is taking a more hands on approach to make sure every member is getting a balanced and effective workout each visit! Starting April 1st, all workouts will be personally assigned by her.

At check in, you will receive
✔️ Your exercises
✔️ Your sets and reps
✔️ Your intensity level, no negotiations

Workouts will be carefully selected using a combination of experience, intuition, and real time decision making. If equipment is taken, don’t worry. Have you ever known Katie to not figure something out?

Demonstrations may be provided if needed, or you may be encouraged to figure it out.
