We recently completed construction on our new independent living facility, Congregate Housing at Cahaba Trace. This facility is a wonderful solution for persons who live actively but prefer some services. Seniors in each home live and eat together, much like a family. With 16 apartments with private bedrooms and bath in each home, seniors can experience professional care in a home-like setting without sacrificing independence, comfort or privacy. Cahaba Trace Retirement Community provides many housing opportunities. Congregate Housing considers and admits people age 62 and older.
