To truly appreciate wildlife, take a moment to admire and adore nature. Each animal is a unique creation that has the power to touch people's hearts. Today, we had an incredible facility outing with residents, families and staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience possible for our residents at Fawn-Doe-Rosa. Thank you to the staff at Fawn-Doe-Rosa for making this day truly unforgettable.

Sophie's Manor Assisted Living II currently has an opening.

We offer:
-RN in facility during business hours & on-call
-24-hour on-site awake CNAs, medication passers, & caregivers
-Call light system
-Medication management
-Coordination of medical appointments with ride services if needed.
-PT/OT services available
- Good Sam Home Care provides Skilled Nursing for wounds, catheter care, etc.
-We work with Adoray & St Croix Hospice when the time comes for your loved ones for extra support.
-Palliative care with Adoray
-Activities ~ bingo, trivia, painting, planting/gardening, beading, baking, spa time, movie time, special activities such as animal visitors, singers, harpist, choirs, students from local school for activities, outings to area businesses.
-Special Events-
Hawaiian Luau, English Tea Party, community picnic for residents/families, staff/families & providers, Holiday parties...
-Laundry & housekeeping services
-Home cooked meals & desserts.
-Sophie's Manor provides a home like setting.
- Wifi & Direct TV in every room.
-The beauty salon open once a month.
-Foot & nail care RN from Heart & Soles.
-Assistance with activities of daily living for eating, dressing, toileting, transferring, mobility, & personal needs.
-Bluestone Physician Services is a mobile clinic that comes to see the residents in the facility monthly. Or residents can go see a Physician of their choosing.

Visiting with friends outside, relaxing to the sounds of Concrete Cowboy, taking a leisurely Trishaw ride around town, savoring homemade apple and blueberry pie, and observing the bunnies in the yard is the epitome of relaxation.

It's been an incredible week! Furry friends, talented singers, and trishaw rides brought smiles. Katie from ADORAY Home Health and Hospice capped it off with a heartwarming visit, surprising a couple residents with companion animals (interactive pet). Thank you for brightening our residents lives!
