I am on a mission to find the OG builders/owner of a home in town….

Apparently a tunnel has been found in one house leading to another and above or near the entrance is a Masonic Symbol. For anyone who is following along, when I moved to town my home was in a spot that could see the Mason Lodge clearly. It called to me. It was a loud call. I didnt know how to get in the building though.

I met a nice couple at an event and guess what- they had just bought the building and invited me to come see it 🤩 While there I was told of the odd and sometimes scary energy that was experienced by people in the basement. We talked about energy work and things like that and it was settled that I would cleanse the lodge with energy and smoke.

The cleansing was great. Two of my friends joined me and we walked though, infusing the grid with light. A few months after the cleansing the owner told me about some records they found in the building from a group called The Order of the Eastern Star. I was going to write about it so I started looking for the oldest piece of paper by date so I had a starting place for my story.

What I found shocked me. The oldest records were all from the same month in 1900. There were about 6 of them. One of them was for a man named L C Smith and his wife, F***y. The address listed on the record - IT WAS MY HOUSE!!!

Fast forward to Saturday when a nice lady says that a tunnel has been found w a Masonic Symbol over it…. Im ALL IN. I need all the DEETS. This sweet lady or her son is going to talk to the owners and see if I can come over and get some pics and feel the energy…

This is all sooooo interesting to me. I cant decide if I was LC or if I am just realllly connected to his spirit bc we live here. Like the meme says- we’ve normalized enough, its time to paranormalize.

On February 22, 2021 at 5:30am, I was sitting at my kitchen table. Writing. Because my little brother was in the hospital. And if only I knew what would happen after this. That very same year the brother who found him and identified him in the hospital would be shot and killed on 9/3/21 and then less than three years after that..the one in the hospital would also be shot and killed and then die from his wounds on 2/3/24.
So much pain. And it has no where to go. It just sits inside of you.

My kitchen table
has turned into a waiting room
my phone
a hospital band

a sticker that says
visitor
sits invisible
on my forehead

hands pressed together

memories like
waves
crash into me
as if I have become
a permanent fixture
on waters edge

a quarter
a machine with
cheap toys
shoots out a ring
a little boy approaches me
he hands me this ring
over and over
and over and over
he says he loves me
that I’m the best big sister ever
because I watch little bear with him
the ring doesn’t fit
so I force it onto my finger
because I’m never too big
to be a big sister

and in my waiting room
I wait
I remember what hospital beds
feel like
and what the machines sound like
the beeping of hope
and despair
and the pumping of air
by mechanized life

we lie next to each other
on this water line
and I give God one more chance
to prove me wrong
and I know I’m wrong for it

I reach out for your hand
“It’s okay baby brother..
don’t let go..”
but a handful of sand
sifts through my fingers
and it’s just like life
hard to carry
hard to hold

I remember the last time
I asked this deity
to let his grip go
to send healing
for someone who couldn’t
ask for their own mercy

and I wait

like I did then

in waiting rooms

for any call

the rules have changed now

I wait in my waiting room
it’s familiar
and I haven’t cleaned in days
but somehow it’s still alien

we couldn’t speak to you

“He’s not stable enough..not even to hear your voice..”
through satellites
and 4g 5g signals
shall I light my candle for the sigil?
it’s shaped like a ring
a symbol of forever

turning forever into forever

and they say to pray
but I can’t hear anything
except the hum of my fridge
and the melting snow

After reading this.. the guilt and the pain of not being able to protect my little brothers is overwhelming.

Where can the grief go? It stays.
