Itβs National Nutrition Month and at we know how important it is to feed your body the nutrients it needs. π This month, we will discuss some topics to help guide you towards a happy healthy lifestyle. Letβs start in the kitchen! π½οΈ

Here are some tips:
π Eat from all the food groups! Include healthy fats, carbs, and proteins with every meal to ensure you get the proper amount of nutrients throughout the day.
π Read labels! Being aware of what you are eating ahead of time can allow you to feel more confident that you are getting the right amount, as well as make sure you stay away from too many processed sugars.
π Still enjoy foods that you love! You donβt have to cut the yummy foods that you grew up with and can still enjoy them in moderation.
