As a professor, trainer, supervisor and clinician, one of my main mantras for the work I do supporting others is "DO NO HARM."

Please listen to this person's account of having a therapist that caused harm. It is important to make sure you're not just finding someone you relate to culturally, but that they are skilled in working with the difficulties you have or are experiencing. There are terrible therapists out there. My goal is to help teach and train as many future clinicians as I can and support you all who may have been traumatized by a therapist.

I love reading these types of articles. The human body is fascinating and every time I read these types of articles it's a reminder than our bodies are all different and respond to stimuli of all types differently. One size in fact does not fit all for all aspects of human nature.

Slow caffeine metabolizers excel in emotion recognition with high caffeine intake, while fast metabolizers perform better in executive function tasks with moderate caffeine consumption.
