I experienced a work-out injury and my lower back was absolutely killing me. I could barely walk, bending down was out of the question and I was losing a ton of sleep. Also was informed that my flat feet were causing problems and I was able to order some custom orthotics to help with this situation. He explained how the different muscle groups affect the different parts of the body. I got a treatment that helped to release some muscle tension and discomfort. I was happy with the experience and would recommend him. If anything the consultation is free so there is nothing to lose.
