✨They don’t teach you in school how to prepare for the loss of a client who also becomes a dear friend. My heart is heavy with hearing of her passing today. Her presence brought warmth, kindness, and light into my life and practice. I feel so grateful for the time we shared, the conversations, the laughter, and the trust. She will be missed more than words can express. Holding her loved ones in my thoughts during this difficult time.

Our Movement and Mobility classes are designed to help you deal with any of the annoyances that prevent you from living the active life you love. This is a class based on corrective exercise modules and movement principles. Each class is different and works on common areas of pain, discomfort, tightness or imbalance. We will use self massage and foam rolling along with gentle stretches and muscle activation and strengthening drills. Classes are one hour in duration and you only need comfortable workout clothing, yoga mat, a smile and a good attitude to join. Classes are small to encourage more individual attention.
