As we enter this new year, I have spent time reflecting upon the personal and professional growth that I have experienced throughout every year, but especially during the last year. My little zen-froggy friend has been with me since I opened my practice in 2006 and has been an unusual source of comfort over the years. When I pass by, I just can't help but smile and remember the day that I began my life as a massage therapist and how far I've come since that day. I am thankful.

Growth requires change and I welcome all of you to open yourselves to experience your own growth and change in the coming year. May you find your own zen-frogginess in 2022!

PAMT is OPEN once again!!!
Thank you to those that helped out during this time with muscle power, trips to the dump, contributing dehumidifiers/furniture, etc. and to those that sent in monetary donations to help get the office back to it's original beauty. This simply couldn't have happened without all of you, and I thank you, thank you, thank you! The office looks great and is maybe even better than before. Can't wait to see you all!

Ida sure packed a punch to all of us in Chadds Ford. We usually enjoy the beauty of the Brandywine River being close by however when Ida blew through, the Brandywine came to visit us... in our office. We have lost all of our furniture, ruined our hydraulic table electrical parts, washing machine, computers, printers, etc. Anything that was lower than three feet from the ground is now gone.

We have gotten everything out thanks to the help of family and friends, and the building cleanup is happening, but it's going to take a while for things to get to the point where we can move back in again.

We are in need of a few things - if any of you can help us out, we would be MOST grateful! First and foremost, we need a small office space until we can move back in. One room that is at least 10x10 is perfect. We have an extra massage table on hand and enough supplies to make pretty much any empty space work.

Other items needed:
Dehumidifiers (we will return them to you when we're done!)
New single sized sheets
Book case
Filing Cabinet
New Pillows

Take a look around and if you have extra - we could surely use it! Thanks to everyone in our community for your support as we make our way back to opening in the next few weeks!

We moved in to our new location from Nottingham recently and are now accepting new clients. We've been helping people drastically improve their lives since 2006. It's been a long few months getting adjusted to our new location, but we are HERE! Now that we're settled in a bit more, it's time to reconnect with all of you. Thank you for your patience! Here's a sweet little video of our new place and I'm happy to say that the turtles made the move just fine AND we have some new little fishy babies that showed up in our tank just after Christmas - what a great gift that was!

It's official! October 1st, our office is moving and opening in Chadds Ford.

The new address is: 1598 Baltimore Pike, Chadds Ford, PA 19317

Any outstanding gift certificates are valid at the new location, so no worries... We'll see you there in October!
