Spring is in the air 🌷
Living with chronic pain can make some days feel heavy, but the changing season reminds us that renewal and healing are always possible. Longer days, a little sunshine, and fresh air can be powerful for both the body and mind.
Sometimes managing chronic pain is about keeping it to a low hum—through gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, nourishing foods, rest, and moments of mindfulness. Even small things like stepping outside, taking a short walk, or simply sitting in the sun can help reset your nervous system.
