We're writing to share some exciting news about the future of our memory care community. We are pleased to announce that our facility, previously part of ProMedica, will now be joining the Evergreen Management family!

We understand that changes in ownership can sometimes raise questions, and we want to assure you of one very important thing: the compassionate, high-quality care you and your loved ones receive will remain the same.

We want to assure you of our commitment to the values that have always defined us: exceptional care, a nurturing environment, and a dedicated team. While our management name has changed from ProMedica to Evergreen Management, everything else you cherish about our community remains constant. You will continue to see the same compassionate caregivers, the same skilled nurses, and the same familiar leadership team guiding our efforts every day. Our commitment to providing personalized, high-quality memory care for your loved ones is unwavering.

This transition is simply a change in name; our heart and mission remain steadfast. We are excited about this new chapter and the opportunities it brings to further enhance our services while maintaining the continuity and stability you value.

We ensure modifications are made to maintain a person’s independence as long as possible. When forks and knives are no longer working, finger foods are prepared to help maintain a sense of dignity.

A Heartwarming Reunion: Then & Now 🐣➡️🦆
Our residents helped raise baby ducks — feeding them, watching them grow, and forming special bonds along the way.
This week, those very same ducks came back to visit! 🦆💛 It was a beautiful reunion that brought smiles, laughter, and a sense of recognition to many of our residents.
Interactions with animals can spark memories, reduce anxiety, and bring genuine joy.
For some, seeing the ducks again brought a sense of familiarity that words couldn’t express.

Residents had an eventful day here at Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (Chagrin Falls), as they hosted their very own Olympics! 🥇🏆Everyone was able to participate in basketball, ring toss, boxing, ribbon dancing, target shooting and soccer - keeping spirits high and encouraging physical movement. Whether it's through a little friendly rivalry or cheering each other on, we love seeing the smiles and energy these events bring to our community!

April Suva, business development specialist for Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (Chagrin Falls) recently presented Normal Aging vs. Dementia to over 25 seniors at the Bainbridge Senior Center! Attendees learned the difference between typical brain changes as we age and then the warning signs for something more serious.

April worked closely with Keri Skrtic, Recreation/Education Coordinator at the senior center to coordinate the program and have scheduled more for the upcoming years!
