"My approach to therapy is holistic, eclectic, and spiritualistic as I seek to increase self-awareness by helping to identify the connection between brain, emotions, and the physical self. My goal is to empower clients through building on strengths, resilience, letting go of the past, and gaining a better understanding on the use of strategies to aid in grounding, mindfulness, and increasing self-worth." -- Diane Maytas, LPCC-S
