In wrapping up this month, start a new habit to take a moment each day to acknowledge what you appreciate about yourself. ❤️ Speak to yourself as though you were complimenting a friend. If it’s difficult at first, reach out to a loved one and ask what they love about you.
Building and maintaining self-esteem is a skill that comes with practice. You can develop awareness for recognizing opportunities to practice self love and be intentional with your mindset. When working on your goals for this year, start by ensuring those goals are manageable and realistic, and remember to give yourself grace and celebrate your wins, no matter how small. 🏆
Regardless of achievements or productivity, take time to love and appreciate yourself for exactly who you are right now. Practice accepting all of yourself with compassion and without judgement. Saying or writing something you love about yourself each day is a great place to start. 🌱
