New research out of Finland suggests that your sauna habit might be doing a lot more than just helping you relax. A long-term study of over 2,300 men found that those who hit the sauna 4–7 times a week had a 66% lower risk of developing dementia compared to those who only went once a week. 🤯
Why? Scientists think the heat stress mimics a light workout, boosting your heart rate and improving vascular function (aka keeping that blood flowing smoothly to your brain).
