Fall Fest was a huge success, thank you to all our staff for their hard work!

Face painting was a lot of fun for residents and visitors. 🎨 🖌. Thank you Steve for music on the patio, it was delightful 🎶 🎵 🎤 . Everyone enjoyed the sac races, co****le, bowling, as well as the arts and crafts the kids got to take home.

It was so nice having furry visitors and little bundles of joy put smiles on so many faces. Thank you miss Emma and Carly for the added bonuses to the day. And of course a humongous thank you to Culinary for the delicious spread!!! 😋 🌭🥨🍟🍩

A diet rich in fruits, vegetables and fiber, is fundamental for maintaining vitality, promoting an active lifestyle, and fostering overall well being.

Today, we had the pleasure of providing a delightful lunch for the seniors at the Ben Wilson Senior Center featuring butternut squash bisque, an autumn mesclun salad with maple Dijon vinaigrette, an assortment of wraps, fruit salad, zucchini bread, and pumpkin bread. All of these were freshly prepared in the New Seasons kitchen.

The event concluded with satisfied appetites, a sense of fulfillment and a greater understanding of the positive impact of nutritious food.
