Celebrating a well-deserved honor 👏

We are proud to share that Dr. Anastasia Checchio was recognized with the Gratitude Award from Fusion Academy. The recognition took place during a lovely luncheon at The 1912 Club, where her dedication to supporting students, families, and the broader Fusion community was highlighted.

Dr. Checchio’s thoughtful, collaborative work continues to make a meaningful impact, and we are so grateful to have her on our team. Congratulations on this special recognition! 💙

Pressure to perform is part of sports, but for many athletes, it can lead to serious stress, anxiety, or even depression.

Up to 70% of kids stop playing organized sports by age 13, often due to burnout or just not enjoying it anymore. Now think about the athletes who keep going, those same pressures don’t just disappear.

When your identity is wrapped up in being “the athlete,” a bad game, an injury, or tension with teammates or a coach can hit way harder. It’s not just about performance - it can start to impact how you see yourself.

That’s why Dr. Bradley focuses on supporting the whole person, not just the athlete. Whether it’s confidence, anxiety, team dynamics, or relationships, she helps you work through what’s going on underneath so you can feel better and perform better.

📲 Now accepting new clients—contact us to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bradley and support the whole person behind the athlete.

If you’ve ever wondered…
“Does my child need a school evaluation or a psychological evaluation?” — you’re not alone.

These two processes are often confused, but they serve very different purposes. One focuses on education, the other on the whole child.

In this first post of our 3-part series, we simplify what you need to know so you can make informed decisions and advocate with confidence.

Because the right understanding leads to the right support.

We are honored to share that we have partnered with The Kin Wellness and Support Center in Buckingham to expand counseling support for individuals navigating cancer.

Through Kin’s Remote Care Program, Kin guests will have access to up to 12 free counseling sessions, significantly increasing access to emotional support during treatment and recovery.

This partnership was facilitated by Kin’s in-house therapist, Mary Brownsberger, whose leadership and vision helped bring our teams together. As she shared, this collaboration expands access to high-quality counseling services, thereby ensuring that more individuals and families receive compassionate, specialized care when they need it most.

We are deeply committed to serving our community and are proud to collaborate with an organization that prioritizes whole-person care — recognizing that mental health support is an essential part of the healing journey.

Emotion regulation isn’t about stopping big feelings — it’s about teaching kids what to do with them.

Children experience emotions intensely, but their brains are still developing the skills needed to manage frustration, disappointment, and excitement safely. Before children can self-regulate, they first learn through co-regulation with calm, supportive adults.

Simple ways to help:
✔️ Name and validate the feeling
✔️ Use a calm, steady tone
✔️ Practice grounding strategies like deep breathing or movement

With consistency and connection, children build lifelong emotional skills.
