This week’s wellness tip taps into the power of box breathing—a simple rhythm that calms your mind, lowers stress, and supports recovery.

Try this:
• Inhale for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
• Exhale for 4 seconds
• Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat 3–4 rounds.
