Jill Prattini deBouchel, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Jill Prattini deBouchel is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care and otolaryngology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Holy Cross College and began her career as an ICU nurse. In 2011, Jill completed her Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Loyola University New Orleans.
Jill has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages. She began her Nurse Practitioner career at Culicchia Neurological Clinic in Marrero, where she worked under Drs. Frank Culicchia and Moises Arriaga, treating hearing and balance disorders as well as neurological conditions ranging from migraines to brain tumors. In 2018, she joined ENT of New Orleans, where she continues to provide comprehensive care.
She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners.
With a strong background in primary care and general otolaryngology (ear, nose, and throat), Jill provides expertise in managing chronic sinus conditions, hearing loss, and balance disorders. More recently, she has expanded her practice to include mental health care, with a special focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
In addition, Jill has advanced training in Botox injections and facial fillers, offering these services as part of individualized treatment plans.
Her clinical philosophy centers on patient-focused, compassionate care, blending advanced medical knowledge with a personal touch to achieve the best outcomes. Whether caring for a child with common colds, an adult managing chronic sinus disease, or someone navigating complex mental health concerns, Jill is committed to supporting the health and well-being of her patients and community.
Outside of her practice, Jill enjoys time with her husband, Ross, and their two sons. A lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish, she is actively involved in her children’s school and sports activities and takes pride in giving back to the community she calls home.
