Something new is coming to The Mindful Oasis in Chambersburg, and we want to hear from you before we launch.
We are introducing Wellness Circles, which are monthly gatherings designed for whole-person growth, exploration, and connection. Each circle is built around a theme or mind-body topic and moves through five intentional elements: 1. creative expression, 2. gentle movement/yoga, 3. quiet reflection, 4. honest sharing, and 5. one intentional step forward.
These circles are intended to cultivate connection with like-minded community while also tending to your whole self. These are experiential spaces where you slow down, connect with others, and leave with something meaningful and transformational.
Before we set the schedule for the first Wellness Circle, we want your input and to know what actually works for your life.
