What a sweet adventure! 🍦🚌 Residents from Transitions Healthcare Shook Home made a beeline for Milky Way Restaurant, indulging in scoops of their favorite flavors under the sunshine. From classic vanilla to indulgent chocolate, smiles were everywhere! 😄✨

Next stop: Cowans Gap State Park! 🌲⛰️ We soaked in the scenery, the breathtaking views, and even spotted some local wildlife!💚 It’s days like this—filled with laughter, good company, and nature’s beauty—that remind us why we love our community so much. 💖

When our residents make a request — we deliver! 🌮❤️ The Transitions Healthcare Shook Home Activities Department whipped up a delicious, made-with-love meal featuring homemade taco salads, hearty chili, and warm, buttery cornbread! 🍲🧈✨

The dining room was filled with happy hearts and full bellies as everyone enjoyed their requested favorites. Big cheers to our Activities team for turning mealtime into a memory! 👏💖
