Services are provided virtually to residents of Pennsylvania and Maryland. LVW is owned and operated by Emily Spencer, LPC/LCPC, PMH-C who has over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy and has been trained by leading experts in the field of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and EMDR.

Spent the weekend with counselors from across PA at the annual Pennsylvania Counseling Association's conference. I'm always grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge with others, learn from my fellow colleagues, catch up with grad school friends, and make new connections.

I'll be back at PCA this year talking about maternal mortality and how mental health (su***de and overdose) has surpassed physical health complications as the leading cause of maternal death within 1 year postpartum. Counselors and therapists NEED to know about this. If you'll be at PCA this year, I'd love to connect!

Yesterday I was moved to tears as I watched so many families from my rural town (and beyond) honor and remember their babies who aren't Earthside.

Thank you for sharing your stories, pictures, and tears with me. I heard stories from families who lost their babies a few weeks ago to 50 years ago. This type of loss is imaginable but you are not alone.

Thank you for the support you provide to these families birthed from your own loss experience.

In togetherness there's healing. 💞
