This Veterans Day, our Life Stages and Life Stories neighborhoods joined in a heartfelt celebration honoring the brave men and women who have served our country. Each resident Veteran was recognized along with their branch of service as the Star-Spangled Banner played and patriotic melodies filled our communities.

In a particularly special moment, we honored one of our residents for their service in the British Royal Air Force and reflected on the shared history and traditions of Veterans Day and Remembrance Day. The pride, gratitude, and unity felt throughout the day truly embodied the spirit of the holiday.

Our Life Stories residents enjoyed an afternoon of baking mouthwatering pumpkin cookies! The atmosphere was filled with the sweet aroma of pumpkin. We sampled the cookies, and they received a grade A. Thank you, Autumn, for a fantastic baking afternoon!

We didn’t let the wind or weather stop our Trunk or Treat last evening — and we sure didn’t let it stop the fun! Some of our trunk décor made its way indoors, the music turned up, and before long, we were dancing and celebrating together. What a fantastic night with our residents, families, and friends! 👻💃🍬

And the fun isn’t over yet — our Halloween parties kick off today! Keep an eye out for all the spooky smiles and festive moments to come! 🎉🕸️
