We teach the women to be independent not dependent. The women in house have weekly case management and will be given all the tools they will need for a bright future . Assist individuals in establishing necessary connections with available supports in the community that will facilitate initiation and on-going engagement in the Reentering society from the criminal justice system. we will assist them in the tools they need to be successful. and also making all their probation go as it should. and supporting any extra help they may need. We will also help with job readiness and line them up with individual support as needed to get a self sustaining income . Assist individuals in developing and solidifying long-term supports and providing services before, during and following an individualโ€™s engagement in the treatment continuum. ALL WITH OUTSIDE SOURCES. Provides opportunities for individuals to direct their own plan and supports, build self-worth, wellness, empowerment and self-advocacy.
