TYLENOL and Best Practices:
The general public seems to be up in arms about a sound bite regarding Tylenol and pregnancy, but this isn’t new research, it’s just new to the news. This study was done 6 years ago (link below), and here’s the important connection.
Tylenol depletes Glutathione. This isn’t debatable at this point, and any doctor using Best Practices has ceased recommending Tylenol for pregnant women and kids SIX YEARS AGO. Depleting Glutathione increases oxidative stress on a developing brain, particularly in the Frontal and Temporal lobe, where we see issues with verbal ability, behavioral issues, and seizures.
Also, Tylenol is garbage on your liver.
