We are excited for you to meet our newest Chiropractor! Welcome Dr. Case Merritt!
Dr. Case was born and raised in South Georgia, where he developed a deep appreciation for sports and physical activity. While participating in various sports growing up, wrestling became his primary focus. During his senior year, a neck injury temporarily sidelined him, but chiropractic care helped him recover and return to the mat, ultimately competing in the state finals that same season. This transformative experience sparked Dr. Merritt’s passion for chiropractic care and his mission to provide the same level of life-changing care to others.
Dr. Merritt attended Life University, where he was a member of the 2020 NAIA National Championship wrestling team. He earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. After his wrestling career, he transitioned to Olympic weightlifting, earning bronze and silver medals at the 2023 U23 National Championships in Colorado Springs. He also holds a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification.
In his free time, Dr. Merritt loves spending time training and traveling with his wife, Taylor, and their golden retriever, Kilo.
With a strong foundation in athletics and strength training, Dr. Merritt specializes in providing evidence-based care to competitive athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals of all activity levels. His approach combines chiropractic adjustments, movement strategies, exercise prescription, and patient education to help patients not only recover from pain but also return to doing what they love.
Dr. Merritt is proud to bring his expertise and dedication to Atlanta Spine and Wellness and looks forward to empowering the community to achieve their health and wellness goals.
