Got to spend the morning chatting about babies, postpartum, and herbal wellness 🌿 it makes me SO happy to see women get curious about their health and healing. I’m putting together a postpartum education workshop that will cover all things postpartum from a holistic perspective from meal prep to breastfeeding, herbal remedies and more. More on that soon. So many women receive little to no support and education on what their bodies are going through in the early weeks of postpartum. Doing this work is so important to me, to bridge the gap between prenatal care and postpartum care. I am honored to be here, creating better outcomes for postpartum moms. 🫶🏻

This herbal bath blend was my savior in my early postpartum days. Soothes achy muscles, promotes skin healing and is sooo relaxing. You can use it many different ways, from an enjoying a regular bath, a sitz bath, to a yoni steam or perinatal spray. Steep this blend like you would a tea, then add it to your bath or store in a peri bottle! You can also use it to make “padsicles” by soaking cotton pads and then storing in the fridge or freezer. We are excited to announce our 2024 vendor team for the Momology Central Illinois Mom Extravaganza, happening on October 4th and 5th! On Friday night, we will host a ticketed dinner and learn event with a limited number of tickets available. Join us for insightful discussions featuring local businesses on topics that are beneficial for moms. The educational aspect is crucial for new mothers, and the Champaign-Urbana area offers fantastic resources you won't want to miss.

a birthday week dump!

what a week! my first day at the market was a success and everyone was extremely sweet to us newbies! I’m looking forward to this new adventure for seeds of life. So so grateful for my hunny for making me feel so special on my birthday, waking up early, being my muscle, setting up my booth for me, helping me juggle babies all day, and then taking me out for thai food afterwards. WHAT A MAN 🥰 i am so lucky to be a mama, spending my birthday soaking up these babies. they are a constant reminder to simply enjoy existing here, in this moment. Motherhood really is the greatest gift 💝
