During these dry months in the fall, while transitioning to the winter. I find myself feeling a bit off somedays due to less sun and this supplement has been a life saver. I'm a of two teens and a high school teacher and I'm always looking for a "pick me up" so I won't crash. Vitamin D is essential!

This are vital to me. My lifestyle requires daily supplementation and I love liquid in liquid form.

I am a mother to two kids, an EIU graduate student studying Health Promotion and Leadership. I earned my BS degree at EIU and became a Life Coach within the last 5 years. I earn a certificate in massage therapy in which I found my break through. Meditation during those years led me toward my recent practices of yoga, mindfulness, and spirituality.
