Be Here Now Yoga & Arts Be Here Now Yoga & Arts is a boutique yoga studio located in the historic Lincoln Building in downtown Champaign.

We offer group yoga classes and private instruction in yoga and self-myofascial release, as well as individual Reiki energy healing. Kim Green (RYT-200) has been practicing yoga and meditation since the 1990s. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Amara Yoga & Arts in Urbana, Illinois, and is completing her 500-hour teaching certification. As a Yoga Wellness Educator, Kim has a special i

nterest in teaching yoga for hypermobility, bone health, and myofascial (muscles and fascia) care, and resiliency in aging. She also teaches meditation and is a Reiki practitioner.
