🌟 Employee of the Year Runner-Up Recognition 🌟

We are proud to recognize our Employee of the Year Runner-Ups, Sandy Payne and Troy McDonald!

Sandy has been creating joy, fun, and meaningful moments for residents since October 2022. Residents describe Sandy as hardworking, thoughtful and incredibly kind. Sandy consistently delivers engaging activities and positive experiences that truly make a difference.

Troy McDonald, Maintenance Assistant (pictured on the right)
Since October 2024, Troy has held down the maintenance department with a smile. He goes above and beyond by volunteering his time to play chess with residents, singing in the dining room when asked (with a phenomenal voice!), and consistently showing up for our residents in big and small ways.
