Breakfast Casserole

1 Can Flaky Grands
8oz. Bag shredded cheddar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup Cubed ham or ground cooked sausage
5 eggs
Salt and pepper
Add all ingredients and mix, saving biscuits for last.

Cut biscuits into fours and carefully mix in.
Transfer to roomy casserole dish that has been oiled. Cook 25 to 35 mins. depending on the heating temp. of your oven and how big your dish is at 350. You can't mess this up and it comes out looking JUST like picture. Serve for breakfast or dinner w/mall salad...

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH🤤 CHICKEN

So much better than fried!!!
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup parmesan cheese...
1 cup Greek yogurt -plain
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt (I use very little)
1/2 tsp pepper

Spread mixture over chicken breasts, bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins--Absolutely Delish!

🍾🥂Wedding Potatoes🥔

Ingredients...
2 lbs hash browns
1/2 cup butter...
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups longhorn cheese, grated, firmly packed
1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until translucent.
Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes and 4 tablespoons butter, together.
Put potato mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Combine cornflakes and butter, and sprinkle evenly over top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until heated and bubbly.

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup butter
2 cups of granulated sugar

This recipe was voted the best Blogger recipe in 2012 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and my friend Marie from the English Kitchen is generous enough to share it with you.

🥧Fudge Brownie Pie🥧

3/4 cup flour
1 cup of regular sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 ounces butter
2 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
2 handfuls of mini marshmallows

For the frosting:

2 ounces butter, melted (1/4 cup)
1 ounce cocoa powder, sifted (1/4 cup)
2 ounces evaporated milk (1/4 cup)
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted (8 ounces)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 inch spring form pan set aside.

Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Beat together the butter, eggs and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Stir in the toasted nuts. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake on a middle shelf of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Immediately sprinkle the marshmallows on top and return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the marshmallows. Remove from the oven and carefully spread the chocolate frosting over top.

To make the chocolate frosting mix all ingredients together in a bowl, beating with an electric whisk until smooth and thick. Spread on the hot marshmallows. Let cool completely. Cut into wedges to serve.

🍽LOADED BAKED POTATO AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE🍽

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast
8 potatoes
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TBS fresh Ground Pepper
1 TBS Paprika
2 TBS Garlic Powder
6 TBS Hot Sauce
{Toppings}
2 cups Shredded Cheese
1 cup crumbled Bacon
1 cup diced Green Onion

Instructions
Preheat oven 400 F
In a large bowl mix Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic Powder & Hot Sauce
Cube the potatoes & add to the bowl
Coat a 9x13 dish with cooking spray
Add potatoes, allow for excess sauce in the bowl
Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes, stir every 15 minutes (or till cooked all the way threw)
Cube the chicken & add it to the bowl with the leftover sauce
Mix together cheese, bacon & green onion in a small separate bowl
Once potatoes are done, add the uncooked marinated chicken
Then layer the toppings over the chicken
Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked

Best Carrot Cake Ever!

For the Cheesecake:
2 pkges of Philly Cream Cheese (room temp)
3/4 cup of Sugar
1 tablespoon flour
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

For the Carrot Cake:
3/4 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1 16oz can crushed pineapple... BE SURE you drain it VERY well and even press it in some cheescloth or paper towel to remove moisture... *Important or your center will be gooey... SAVE some of the juice for the frosting!

1 cup of grated carrots... be sure you remove ALL the moisture here too
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Directions:
Set your oven to 350 and grease your springform cheesecake pan. In a large bowl mix cream cheese and butter, add flour, eggs and vanilla .. beat till smooth... set aside
In another large bowl combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla... then stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.. mix well... stir in pineapples, carrots, coconut and walnuts.

Grab you pan and spread the bottom with 1 1/2 cups of cake batter. Then drop by large spoon fulls about 1/2 of the cheesecake batter. Then drop large spoon fulls of cake batter
Then finish off with large spoons of cheesecake batter... spread it evenly but do not mix it.

Bake for 60 min or until cake is set. Cool at room temp.. then place in refrig for several hours. Remove and run a knife around the edge to release from pan... remove spring. Frost your cake
Put it back in refrig for a couple of hours.

Frosting:
4 ounces of Philly cream cheese (room temp)
1 tablespoon of butter (room temp)
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon of pineapple juice
dash of salt

Mix ingredients together until smooth and frost a cooled cake.
