The focus of Fuse Fitness Coaching is on the process and the journey. By constantly progressing your workouts and properly fueling your body the results WILL come. Our comprehensive IGNITE, BURN, EXPLODE program series is unique to Fuse. In it, we continuously work your body just beyond what you think you are capable of. With our guidance, your ability and strength improves, your body is ready for the next step, and progresses with you along your fitness journey. For youth athletes, our SPARKS program is a specifically-designed youth training program that incorporates elements of IGNITE, BURN and EXPLODE. We offer private sessions and group training groups Monday through Saturday starting at 5am. In addition, we offer nutritional coaching and individualized meal programs.

3 ways to reduce risk of injury!

1. Recovery is key to staying healthy and away from the injury reserve list. Getting 8+ hours of sleep is key.

2. Stretching and foam-rolling our muscle out is key to helping with muscle tightness. This will help to prevent injury’s over time.

3. Staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet and getting proper micronutrients and macronutrients are all keys to keeping your body in tip top shape.
