It's official - we've received our certificate of occupancy! Thank you to our development and construction partners Bauer Design Build LLC, Pope Design Group, and EDI - more thank you's to come! We'll be welcoming our first resident on Wednesday, so here's a sneak peek of some of our spaces. Some features include underground temperature controlled parking, a pickleball court, a dog park, a guest suite, fitness center, and multiple dining options. If you guessed that CEO Jim was visiting , you were correct! Jim visited the temporary leasing office for Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe (located in King's County Market) and spent some time with our new Sales & Community Marketing Manager, Jamie! At the community site, Jim put on a hard hat to check out the building's progress and had a great meeting with the construction team. Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe is scheduled to open late this year - we can't wait!
