New Research on Diet & Brain Health 🥦

Few diagnoses strike more fear in people than the word 'dementia.' So, what if making just a couple of small dietary changes could significantly reduce your risk?

A study of 1,000+ older adults in Greece over ~3 years found that a diet rich in polyphenols - especially lignans, flavonols and isoflavonoids from foods like leafy greens, pulses and cruciferous veggies - was linked to improved health outcomes such as:

✅ Slower cognitive decline
✅ 71% lower risk of dementia
