Such a great night was had this evening. I had to conduct a ritual as part of my Spiritual Coaching certification and I had the honor of spending time with these beautiful souls as we completed a Nine Rings ritual tonight.

We used natural elements to each build a personal, temporary altar as we reflected and journaled on our lives over tha past year, evaluated how we showed up for ourselves and others, and made new commitments to ourselves, our families and friends and many other aspects of our lives for the year to come.

Self reflection can be a powerful, and scary tool, especially when you let yourself truly see what is there to be revealed. It was an honor to journal, share and discuss what came up for each of us, knowing we were held in a safe container by the others present. Thank you to those that could make it, and for those that intended too but had last minute changes, you were missed.

Today I had the honor of holding space for 38 beautiful souls as they they in turned honored me with the gift their time and attention for a class of restorative postures followed by a yoga nidra focused on winter hibernation and deep healing rest, in preparation for the new growth to come. We expanded into two class rooms to fit everyone and I couldn’t have done it without my husband helping demonstrate the poses, as well as our amazing studio crew, Amy P and Matt who helped set up and tear down as well as making check in a breeze so our guests could simply relax. Thank you all so much again!! And of course my amazing teachers and mentors who made it possible for me to do and share what I love so much!!
