What is the purpose of Meditation & Breathwork?

° Quiet your mind
° Bring peace, flow, & Alignment to your life & mission
° Stillness to allow messages from God to come through
° Brain & Heart coherence
° Release blockages & Heal
° Get out of the Matrix & slowly come back to you, your true essence & RAWNESS
° Makes life easier: you develop a strong relationship & connection with God. In return, you don't have to figure it out, manipulate, control, worry, stress, etc....

The Meditation I do, offer, & teach is Nishkam- which means meditation without effort. It is definitely a brain gym type of meditation, which means you are training and reprogramming your right brain.

Breathwork, in combination with Meditation, is a powerful tool for self-healing, alignment, coherence, release, peace, Stillness, and so on.
I use, offer, & teach 3 types of breathwork. Once you have learned each and practiced them, you can stick to one or use all three. You can even combine them in one session, which in return helps you to Surrender!

Gratitude is an extremely powerful word, verb, noun.

By living in constant Gratitude, even for those things that you don't have, your life experience opens a gateway/portal to abundance, opportunities, Self love, unconditional love, alignment, etc, and it helps your journey of ReDiscover. It brings you back home!

When you are feeling down or lost, start practicing Gratitude and you'll see, feel, and experience an immediate change.

🚨I'M HIBERNATING aka TAKING SOME TIME OFF!!!🚨

This is not a "good bye" or "I'm closing my practice" kind of deal, it's just me doing my own Self-Healing! I'm not sure how long it will take, but as soon as I'm fully aligned I will be back!!!!

Starting today, I won't be taking any new clients nor offering Rituals.

Thank you all for holding space for me during these transitional times!!!
