It's not a trend, it wasn't even my choice... but now that I see my body's reaction towards it. It's Def my choice and I'm Def 💯% on board!

What is the purpose of Meditation & Breathwork?

° Quiet your mind
° Bring peace, flow, & Alignment to your life & mission
° Stillness to allow messages from God to come through
° Brain & Heart coherence
° Release blockages & Heal
° Get out of the Matrix & slowly come back to you, your true essence & RAWNESS
° Makes life easier: you develop a strong relationship & connection with God. In return, you don't have to figure it out, manipulate, control, worry, stress, etc....

The Meditation I do, offer, & teach is Nishkam- which means meditation without effort. It is definitely a brain gym type of meditation, which means you are training and reprogramming your right brain.

Breathwork, in combination with Meditation, is a powerful tool for self-healing, alignment, coherence, release, peace, Stillness, and so on.
I use, offer, & teach 3 types of breathwork. Once you have learned each and practiced them, you can stick to one or use all three. You can even combine them in one session, which in return helps you to Surrender!

Even though MY New Year starts in May, and I DO celebrate ALL month long (vs in Jan. I haven't celebrated New Year's in a decade 😳)...

Gratitude is an extremely powerful word, verb, noun.

By living in constant Gratitude, even for those things that you don't have, your life experience opens a gateway/portal to abundance, opportunities, Self love, unconditional love, alignment, etc, and it helps your journey of ReDiscover. It brings you back home!

When you are feeling down or lost, start practicing Gratitude and you'll see, feel, and experience an immediate change.

This is not a "good bye" or "I'm closing my practice" kind of deal, it's just me doing my own Self-Healing! I'm not sure how long it will take, but as soon as I'm fully aligned I will be back!!!!

Today we had an amazing FMR!
We also had new "babies" join the Collective!

My favorite part is when we start breathwork & everybody is going at their own pace. At one point they are all synchronized, breathing at the same pace. It's so F*** Magikal!!! I get goosebumps every single time.

I'm so blessed to see how the Collective is growing. Slowly but surely. 🖤🤍

Thank you all who joined today! Fornthose whi couldn't make it because you are healing, no worries, we joined forces and sent a massive healing bubble to the whole planet. You're ALL covered!!!! 😉

I usually post these kinds of posts in my stories, but this one is way too important to only have it last 24 hrs.

The Matrix or Program installed in all of us is so strong, deeply embedded, and encrypted that even trying to release can become extremely painful, hard, and overwhelming.

I know this because I've been in the process of getting rid of the program and reprogramming myself to my own for months now. It's by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

It requires leaving a lot of ppl behind, getting "rid" of others, changing your personality-completely, and sooo much more! It's definitely a day-to-day self- adjustment, self-alignment, self-grounding, self-work, etc....

The most important key is to understand that you're in this alone (pls don't confuse alone with lonely). To succeed, you definitely need to let go of all dependency, ego, limited beliefs, insecurities, in all words, you need to learn how to...

SURRENDER!!!

The good news is that the results are beyond amazing and so giving. You want to start feeling whole, loved, and accepted; this is where you gotta start!
