I used to think something was wrong with me. 😢
I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to… eating healthy, exercising, trying to stay positive, and yet I felt exhausted (physically and emotionally), anxious and depressed and just... off.
The truth?
I was in perimenopause and no one had ever told me what that actually looked or felt like.
Doctors offered me prescriptions and told me to eat right and exercise.
They even told me I’m tired all the time because I’m a mom.
But none of that helped me feel like me again.
So I went searching for answers. And what I found changed everything.
Functional medicine taught me that symptoms like brain fog, mood swings, weight gain, anxiety, and fatigue aren’t random…they’re messages.
And when we get to the root cause, we can actually heal from the inside out.
That’s what inspired me to create the SIMPLE Method. A framework that supports your whole self through this season of life:

What I’ve learned is this:
You don’t need another diet.
You don’t need to push harder.
You need support and a new approach that honors your body, your hormones, and this season of life.
Perimenopause isn’t the end of feeling good.
It can be a powerful new beginning.
