Danielle K. Moul, MD, FAAD, FACMS
Dual Board-Certified Dermatologist and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgeon
Dr. Moul brings more than 16 years of experience in the treatment of complex skin cancers and advanced reconstructive surgery. She has performed over 14,000 Mohs surgeries and is known for her precision, meticulous technique, and deeply patient-centered approach to care.
She completed a prestigious dual-accredited Mohs fellowship at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla under the direction of Dr. Hugh Greenway, a direct trainee of Dr. Frederic Mohs. She previously completed her dermatology residency and clinical research fellowship at Case Western Reserve University and earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. Moul has been recognized with multiple consecutive Castle Connolly Top Doctor awards and has co-authored numerous publications while serving as a sub-investigator on more than 25 dermatology clinical trials. She is also fellowship-trained on over 30 laser technologies and has advanced expertise in facial rejuvenation.

Nirali Patel, M.D., MS

Originally from Scottsdale, Dr. Patel is proud to continue building roots in the Valley while caring for patients across the greater Phoenix community.
She earned her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class and serving as co-president of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her transitional year at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, followed by dermatology residency training at Emory University in Atlanta.
Dr. Patel has experience caring for a diverse patient population and treats a wide range of skin conditions, with clinical interests including acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and cosmetic dermatology.
Her approach to care is thoughtful and patient-centered, focusing on empathy, education, and treating each person as an individual.

Travis C. Holcombe, M.D., FACS
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon & Reconstructive Specialist
Dr. Holcombe brings 30+ years of experience in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, specializing in breast surgery, body contouring, skin cancer removal, and complex wound reconstruction.
In addition to private practice, he provides trauma care at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and has served at St. Joseph’s Hospital, collaborating with the Barrow Neurological Institute on advanced reconstructive and trauma cases.
A passionate educator and mentor, he teaches at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Creighton University School of Medicine, and is widely recognized for his clinical excellence and compassionate, patient-first care.
When he’s not in the OR, you’ll find him enjoying time with his family, cycling, golfing, or giving back to his community.

Rasha Dabbousi, PA-C, received her Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, followed by a joint Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health from Touro University, California in 2014.

She has practiced medical, surgical, and general dermatology for over a decade and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

As a dermatology provider, Rasha diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions, performs skin cancer evaluations, and conducts in-office procedures such as biopsies and cryosurgery.
