Maybe you’ve been feeling unsure- trying to follow your intuition and flip-flopping a little on what you’ve felt you "should do.” Be gentle with yourself and take some time to really notice when something is positive and powerful and makes you think good things. If you’ve been criticizing yourself lately, check in to see if you have really been accurate and fair with yourself. You have the choice to detach yourself from this big, dark, thing. Are things not going right because you are staying in a position that you could actually detach yourself from if you chose to? You can turn everything around for yourself. This week, you have a choice about how you want to approach your current situation. You can consider it to be a challenge or a struggle. You can feel like no one is helping you or you can recognize that there is compassion, warmth, joy and light nearby.
