Try 3️⃣ of my favorite moves to build strength and increase mobility for your low back so you can ditch the pain for good.
1️⃣ Good Morning (a dynamic stretch to relieve tension in the hamstrings, glutes, and low back).
2️⃣ Wall Sit (Strengthens your core, glutes, and legs to better support your back and upper body).
3️⃣ Glute Bridge (Strengthens your core and glutes while mobilizing the hips and pelvis).
🚫 One thing I always avoid in my movements is locking out my hips or knees. This creates more pressure on your joints, not only in your back but also in your hips or knees, creating more pain and possible injury.
